Themes Blue Sky { 4.3 & 4.4 } { NO ROOT } (New 18/1/2015)

Hi All Friends

The sky is always blue theme for enthusiasts

Well I hope this is a good and interest 

                        You can try installing as a normal apk

Perhaps at some 4.3 phones need to be root

To install, place the apk in System/App 

and change permissions accordingly (RW- R-- R--)
